World Quality Week has arrived! Events are taking place across the world to celebrate quality, with World Quality Day itself on 11 November. From Denmark to UAE and Sellafield to BAE Systems, businesses and CQI members are hosting imaginative events to promote quality approaches to a wider audience. Themed ‘Out of the Crisis’, World Quality Week will show how quality approaches can help to deliver improvements in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
